Payment methods

Please read carefully the payment methods, which apply exclusively to the use of our online store.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders of in-stock products up to €80, you may choose cash on delivery. Orders marked as "Made to Order," "Pick up from our store," or exceeding €80 cannot be shipped with COD unless a separate agreement exists.

2. Credit or Debit Card Payment
If you have a credit card, you can use it safely without concerns about account security. This payment method is available both in our physical and online store.
For online purchases, once you complete your order at www.ekalogeropoulos.gr, you will be redirected to the bank's secure page to enter your card details. Your transaction is processed directly on the bank’s secure server with 128-bit encryption—the highest available today. Your credit card details are not stored. For each new order, card details must be re-entered.

3. Bank Transfer
You can transfer the order amount to the company’s bank account: ΕΥΣΤΑΘΙΟΣ ΚΑΛΟΓΕΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε.

4. Iris Payment
The process is simple and can be completed in just a few moments.

To use this payment method, you will need a bank account with a participating bank, e-banking, mobile app installed on your phone and the IRIS payment service activated.

Payments are secure, taking place entirely within your own bank's controlled and encrypted enviroment. Your personal details are never shared with our store.

5. Cash Payment at Our Store
For orders picked up at our store, payment in cash is accepted upon collection.

In store pickup is free of charge. For your best convenience, we recommend to contact us at 2106084513 to reserve your order, before visiting our store

Exceptions:
a. By law, purchases over €500 (including VAT) must be paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
b. Special orders containing custom-mixed paints or items cut to specific dimensions (e.g., screens) must be prepaid via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Important Information:
Preparation of your order begins on the day payment is confirmed. Delivery time is calculated from that date. If payment is not completed within three business days using any of the above methods, the order will be canceled without notice.

Products marked "Pick up from our store" must be collected exclusively from the store, even if the system erroneously allows "Cash on Delivery." In such cases, we will contact you by phone.

We maintain a consistent pricing policy across both plysical and online paint store. However, in some cases, online store prices may differ from those in the physical store.
