8. Shipping, Availability, and Pricing Policies
The online store www.ekalogeropoulos.gr, in order to ensure accurate and timely information for its users/customers, utilizes available technological tools to classify products with availability indications such as In Stock, Delivery within 2–3 days, Made to Order, Made to Order with Prepayment, Expected, Store Pickup, etc.
However, the Company cannot guarantee product availability and undertakes only to promptly and accurately inform customers and users of the availability status or non-availability of products. In the event of non-availability, the Company shall refund the value of the order (if already paid) using the same payment method used by the customer, without bearing any further liability, and the customer shall have no additional claims.

Products Not Immediately Available
For online purchases of products that are not marked as “In Stock”, such as Made to Order, Available within 2–3 days, etc., a special procedure applies. Since these products are not immediately available and are ordered upon the customer’s request, the Company contacts the supplier to verify updated information regarding availability, applicable pricing, delivery time, etc.
Subsequently, the customer is contacted and informed in order to confirm the order. In such cases, the order process begins only after full payment (via bank transfer or credit card). The Company reserves the order for three (3) days. After this period, the Company cannot guarantee supplier pricing or delivery times; therefore, the order is deemed cancelled and deleted. Online purchases of products that are not In Stock (e.g. Made to Order, Available within 2–3 days) are non-refundable, except in cases of proven fault attributable solely to the Company (incorrect or defective product).

Store Pickup Orders
For online orders with the shipping method “Store Pickup”, the Company reserves the order for three (3) days. If the customer does not proceed with pickup within this period and no communication has taken place, the order is deemed cancelled and deleted.

Low-Value Orders
For better customer service, orders whose total value is lower than the shipping cost are processed only after prior communication with the customer. The Company reserves the right not to ship such orders via Cash on Delivery and may request prepayment instead.
If the customer does not respond to communication attempts within three (3) days, the order is deemed cancelled.

Pricing Policy
Prices listed in the online store may differ from those in the physical store. Due to frequent, extraordinary and sometimes significant price increases by suppliers and importers, the prices displayed on the website may change.
In such cases, the Company cannot be bound by the prices shown on the website, even if the product appears to be in stock. Prior to completing an order that includes products with price changes, the customer will be informed by phone or in writing.
If the customer does not agree with the revised prices, they have the right to cancel the order without any further claims. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, without any additional liability on the part of the Company. The Company bears no liability for any damage arising from the execution or non-execution of an order. Delivery times may be affected in cases of force majeure.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall www.ekalogeropoulos.gr be liable for any legal, civil, or criminal claims, nor for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including, indicatively but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or monetary compensation) suffered by visitors, customers, users, or third parties, arising from the operation, non-operation, or use of the website, inability to provide services or information, or unauthorized third-party interventions.

Accuracy of Information
The Company makes every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services. Nevertheless, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors due to technological limitations, website downtime, or human error in pricing or product descriptions.

Definition of “In Stock”
Products marked as In Stock are items available in inventory. Inventory levels are updated daily for maximum reliability; however, in rare cases, an item marked as In Stock may not be immediately available.
In such cases, the new incoming product may have a different price or specifications. The Company bears no liability for this but commits to updating the website and informing customers as soon as possible. Customers have the right to cancel their order if they do not accept the revised terms, without any further claims. Furthermore, for the reasons stated above, we strongly recommend that customers planning to visit our physical store for products marked as 'in stock' confirm availability by phone prior to their arrival.

9. Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is free of charge provided that it is made in a timely manner. “Timely” is defined as within twenty-four (24) hours and only if the customer has not yet received an email containing the shipment tracking number.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the order cannot be cancelled.

In all cases, if the customer wishes to cancel their order, we recommend contacting our Company by phone at 2106084513 or by email at sales@ekalogeropoulos.gr, where a member of our team will assist with the cancellation.

Order cancellation is not permitted for products marked as “Made to Order” or for products that have been customized according to the customer’s request, such as color tinting, cutting to specific dimensions, etc.

10. Product Return Policy
You are entitled to return products purchased only in cases where a defect exists due to proven fault of “E. Kalogeropoulos & Co. L.P.”, and within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

Returns are accepted only if the products:

• have not been used, and
• are in the same condition as received.

Returns are not accepted for products marked as “Made to Order” or for products customized according to the customer’s specifications (e.g. color tinting, cutting to size, etc.).

11. Promotional Activities Policy
Our Company designs and implements promotional campaigns in order to reward or meet the needs of customers, members and newsletter subscribers of our online store. Such promotions apply exclusively to orders placed through our online store www.ekalogeropoulos.gr.

Promotional offers are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid for the specified duration and only for products that remain in stock during the promotional period.
Due to stock depletion or unforeseen circumstances, promotional activities may be discontinued prior to their scheduled end date. In such cases, pending orders shall be deemed cancelled. For confirmation prior to placing a promotional order, you may contact us at 2106084513.

Discount coupons may be redeemed exclusively for online purchases through our e-shop and only for products available through it, subject to stock availability.

Where a discount coupon is issued as part of a promotional action following an initial purchase and is intended for use on a subsequent purchase, redemption is conditional upon the successful completion (receipt and payment) of the initial order.
The Company reserves the right not to process orders using discount coupons if the customer’s initial order remains pending for any reason.

The holder of the discount coupon is solely responsible for its timely redemption. Failure to redeem a coupon on time, for any reason, does not constitute liability on the part of the Company.

Discount coupons and promotional offers do not apply to:

• products already on sale,
• custom or special orders,
• unavailable products,
• products available exclusively in the physical store.

Discounted products cannot be combined with additional offers. Multiple promotions cannot be applied simultaneously.

In the event of a return of a product purchased on promotion or through any promotional action, the refund will be calculated based on the price at the time the order was placed, not at the time the return request is made.

Newsletter – Products, Services & Offers
Users may subscribe to our Newsletter via www.ekalogeropoulos.gr. Subscription is processed using the Double Opt-In method, requiring confirmation via a link sent by email. Confirmation must be completed within five (5) days, otherwise the subscription request may be deemed invalid.

You may unsubscribe at any time (right to erasure) by withdrawing your consent. Withdrawal follows the same double-confirmation logic.

12. European Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Directive 2013/11/EU on Alternative Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes has been incorporated into Greek law (Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015), providing consumers with the option of electronic dispute resolution (ADR) throughout the European Union.
