Please read carefully the shipping methods, which apply exclusively to the use of our online store.
1. Shipment via Courier Services
For delivery to the address of your choice, we use ELTA Courier
This ensures safe and fast delivery, typically completed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are delivered to the address you provide, covering almost all areas in Greece. In cases where your area is not serviced by ELTA Courier, you may collect your order from the nearest post office.
Our online store ekalogeropoulos.gr is designed to automatically calculate (within Greece only) the volume and weight of products and, in cooperation with its database, instantly display the shipping cost. However, in rare cases where the calculation is incorrect, you will be informed in a timely manner prior to shipment.
For courier shipments, payment on delivery (COD) is available only for in-stock products with an order value of up to €80. For any other case, the company will contact you first.

Shipping Charges within Greece
- Up to 2 kg charge €2,80
- from 2.1 kg to 10 kg: €1,30/kg
- from 10.1 kg to 25 kg: €1,70/kg
Extra charge for cash on delivery: €1.90
Indicative Delivery Time (Business Days):
*Athens – Attica: 1–3 business days
*Rest of Greece: 1–4 business days
The courier charges the higher of the actual or volumetric weight.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as follows: (Length × Height × Width in cm) ÷ 5,000. Please visit the official website of ELTA to calculate online the Volumetric weight
- Courier companies accept shipments up to 35kg and 1.50 m in height.
In rare cases, shipping costs may differ from those displayed at checkout due to changes in pricing, bulky orders, special delivery zones (e.g., remote areas), or system limitations. In all cases, you will be informed promptly to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Upon request, shipment may also be arranged via another courier company (e.g., Geniki Taxydromiki, ACS). In such cases, prior communication and agreement on shipping costs is required.
2. Shipment via Freight Transport Company
For shipment via a freight transport company, the order value must exceed €250, and payment must be made in advance via bank transfer.
Our company prepares the order for collection from our premises at 81 Iraklitou Street, 15238, Chalandri. All transportation costs from our premises to the delivery address are borne exclusively by the customer.
3. In-Store Pickup

Important Information
- Orders containing custom-mixed paint colors must be prepaid via bank transfer.
- Products marked “Pick up from our store” must be collected exclusively from the store, even if the system mistakenly allows Cash on Delivery. In such cases, you will be contacted by phone.
- Store pickup: Ordes with a store pickup method, provided they have not been paid for, remain available for 3 business days from the day you receive the "READY FOR PICKUP" email. After this time, the company cannot commit to the availability of the products, while the order may be automatically deleted from the system
- For orders where shipping costs exceed the order value, prior phone communication is required

Possible Shipping Delays
Our company makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery.
However, delays may occur due to external factors or limited stock availability.
If any product is unavailable, you will be informed by phone or email of the exact dispatch time. Your written confirmation is required within 48 hours for the order to remain active. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
