Please read carefully the ordering methods, which apply exclusively to the use of our online store.

1. Through our website www.ekalogeropoulos.gr
Browse our digital department store, find the products you are interested in, and add them to your shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the shopping cart. You can continue as a guest or as a registered member (registration required beforehand).
To complete your order, you must provide the type of invoice, your personal details, payment method, shipping method, and acceptance of the terms of use. After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Through our call center
You can place your order by phone at  210 60 84 513, Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 15:30.

3. By email
You can send an email at any time, 24/7, to sales@ekalogeropoulos.gr. Send us your order, inquire about products with low stock, request special prices for bulk orders, or express interest in a product not listed in our digital store, and we will contact you promptly.

4. At our physical store
Our department store, offering Paints, Tools, Hardware, and Household items, is located at: Iraklitou 81, Chalandri, Postal Code 152 38, tel. 210 60 84 513,

• extended opening hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–21:00 and Saturday 07:00–18:00 7
• parking spaces are available for your convenience while shopping.

Important Information
E-shop Stock: Our goal is to maintain accurate online stock levels; however, due to continuous changes, exceptions may occur, for which we will inform you as soon as possible. For your best service, before visiting the store, we recommend that you confirm the availability of the items at 2106084513
Order Cancellation: Order cancellation is free of charge if done in a timely manner, defined as within 24 hours and only if you have not yet received an email with the shipping number. If any of these conditions are not met, the order cannot be canceled. In any case, if a customer wishes to cancel an order, we recommend immediate contact with our company via tel:210-6084513
Products marked “Pick up from our store”: These products must be collected exclusively from our store, even if the system erroneously allows “Cash on Delivery.” In such cases, we will contact you by phone.
Prices: We maintain a consistent pricing policy across both plysical and online paint store. However, in some cases, online store prices may differ from those in the physical store.
