Warranty - Returns

E. Kalogeropoulos & Co LP cooperates with reliable suppliers in order to provide its customers with technologically advanced and high-quality products. Warranty coverage applies only to products that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. power tools). The warranty exclusively covers defects attributable to the manufacturer. Any other wear, damage or misuse is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Upon receipt of your products, please carefully read the warranty terms and submit the warranty card or register your purchase with the manufacturer, where required (e.g. power tools), within the specified timeframe.
In all cases, in order to exercise your right to return or replacement—even when the product is covered by warranty—you must retain the proof of purchase along with the warranty documentation, should it be requested.

Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
a. You notify us within 2 business days at the latest, either by phone at  2106084513 or by email at info@ekalogeropoulos.gr
b. The products are returned in their original, intact packaging and in  excellent condition
c. They are accompanied by the proof of purchase
d. They are not custom-made products, such as tinted paints or items made to order
e. The returned products/order are received by our company within 14 calendar days

Refunds & Replacements
In the event of a return, one of the following may apply:
a. refund of the product value, using the same payment method originally used by the purchaser. In the event of a return for an order purchased in installments, the amount is credited back to your card and any remaining installments are cancelled. This process is initiated immediately upon receipt and inspection of the products to ensure they are in good condition and do not fall under the "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal", Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the timeframe or the manner in which the issuning bank executes the reversal of entry.
b. an immediate replacement with another product.
In all cases of returns or exchanges, any shipping and return costs incurred are borne exclusively by the customer.

Special Cases – Product Returns
For returns of e-shop purchases issued with an invoice, the customer must provide a delivery note. The product being returned must be accompanied by the corresponding return/delivery note, clearly referencing the original purchase invoice, so that the appropriate credit note can be issued.
For returns of e-shop purchases issued with a retail receipt, the customer may return the product (accompanied by the original proof of purchase) and proceed with an exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
In all cases, any shipping, delivery, or return costs are fully borne by the customer.

Returns of defective products
We take every measure to ensure our products reach you safely. Please inspect your packages upon receipt for any damage caused during transportation.
In the case of defective products for which the company is fully responsible, the cost of returning and reshipping the order will be borne by the company. It is essential that the company is notified within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the defective product to process the return.

Returns of non-defective products
For returns of non-defective products/orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs, and all previously stated conditions apply.

Right of Withdrawal, Order Cancellation, and Delayed Shipment Returns
Right of Unconditional Withdrawal
Customers of the e-shop have the right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased products. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with intact packaging and accompanied by all original documents. The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing or electronically, specifying: the details of the original invoice or receipt, a detailed description of the product(s) for which the withdrawal right is exercised and customer contact information
The company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request and, provided all necessary conditions are met, refund the customer within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Products will only be accepted for return if the customer has fully paid for the order, including any shipping and return costs. In the event of a return for an order purchased in installments, the amount is credited back to your card and any remaining installments are cancelled. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:

  • Products with damaged or opened packaging, returned in a condition different from that received.
  • Products made to special order, not listed in the standard product catalog, or produced exclusively upon the customer’s request (e.g., custom paint colors)
  • Products collected from the physical store
  • Cases where withdrawal is restricted or excluded by law

Right to Cancel an Order
Order cancellation or modification is free of charge only until the customer receives the order confirmation email (e.g., with the shipping number).
If the confirmation has already been sent, the customer bears any shipping and return costs.

Returns Due to Delayed Shipment
If your order is delayed beyond the scheduled delivery time from our premises, the customer has the right to refuse the order, and shipping and return costs will be covered by the company. Delays caused by external factors (courier workload, strikes, extreme weather, etc.) are beyond the company’s responsibility. Customers may be required to complete a form to formally request a return, cancellation, or withdrawal.
If returned products are received in damaged or altered condition (e.g., packaging damaged or product worn), the company reserves the right to refuse partial or full refund.
